Akademie 2023

The akademie offered by Familie Flöz is a comprehensive training program divided into three sections, resulting in full days enriched with expansive movement and creativity.
The day commences with a holistic approach to body and mind alignment. Participants engage in the Unfold movement method, drawing inspiration from the Alexander technique, to invigorate their senses through purposeful movement. Subsequently, they delve into an exploration of tools curated from various company members, delving into fundamental concepts that underpin embodiment practices. This work fosters a deeper understanding of the link between movement and the creative process.
The remainder of the day is dedicated to the participants choice of workshop, in this case it was mask creation with Hajo Schüler.

My time with Flöz proved transformative, aligning my mind and body into a unified force that resonated deeply with the theatrical path I aspire to pursue. It offered invaluable insights into crafting a life into the mask, while also instilling in me the openness necessary to breathe life into every performance.
